In this role as a Manufacturing Technician, you will have the opportunity to drive improvements across diverse manufacturing processes. You will partner with a cross functional team to deliver high quality products to our customers through safe and efficient processes. We're working a minimum of 5 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. Hours for this role will be on day shift roughly from 8am-4pm Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems involving the movement of physical components in the manufacturing area. Assisting engineers with developing technical solutions related to the operation and performance of devices and systems. Installs, repairs, and upgrades components of mechanical devices and systems in the manufacturing area. Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment. Conducts quality assurance/control tests and procedures.
Requirements
- No prior work experience required
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent (United States), vocational or technical education or certification (all other countries).
Nice To Haves
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues by methodically identifying root causes and applying standard diagnostic techniques
- Experience working with automated or semi‑automated equipment , including monitoring system performance and responding to faults or alarms
- Strong attention to detail , demonstrated through accurate documentation, data entry, and consistent adherence to work instructions and quality standards
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
