About The Position

The Manufacturing Technician I is responsible for executing defined manufacturing tasks in support of production operations. This role focuses on following standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The technician works under direction to support production processes and contributes to consistent, reliable output. This role reports to the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and ensure accuracy.
Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle tools and small components.
Technical Skills: Ability to follow SOPs and basic drawings.
Communication: Ability to report issues and document work.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Entry-level or prior manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Understand and follow the processes of the Rampart Quality System.
Execute manufacturing and assembly tasks in accordance with SOPs, work instructions, and drawings.
Perform basic inspections and record production data as required.
Handle materials, components, and tools in a safe and controlled manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and safety standards.
Identify and report defects, issues, or abnormalities to appropriate personnel.
Support production flow by staging materials and assisting in process operations.
Adhere to all safety policies, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Any other duty as required by supervisor.
