About The Position

As a Manufacturing Technician B, you will support manufacturing activities that ensure delivery of high-quality parts, components, and assemblies used in mission-critical systems. In this developing-level role, you will work under general supervision and collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production teams on setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and quality testing tasks. You will apply growing technical knowledge to identify and solve routine production problems while following established procedures. The position offers hands-on experience in a high-technology environment supporting global aerospace and defense programs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, calibration, rework, and troubleshooting tasks in support of manufacturing operations.
• Assist engineers with production tasks across parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Collect and analyze operating data using software tools to support on-line adjustments to products or equipment.
• Contribute to developing or refining methods and procedures used in the manufacturing process.
• Follow established processes and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
