About The Position

Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products. The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers, among other products, into the healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands including Attends, Indas, and Comfees as well as a wide range of private label brands for retailers. The Production Machine Operator is responsible for assisting the Line Leader with all aspects of operating the line and maintaining processes within prescribed specifications with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency and waste.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude
Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment as a machine helper or operator
Ability to work on second shift and third shift
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

Assisting the Line Leader with all aspects of operating the line
Maintaining processes within prescribed specifications with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency and waste
