About The Position

The Manufacturing Team Member works in a fast-paced, quality-focused production environment in Seminole, Oklahoma. Team members are trained and assigned based on production needs, experience, and strengths, and may rotate among different production roles. The position supports production workflow, product quality, food safety, and a safe and efficient work environment. Shifts include first, second, or third shift, with overtime as needed. Sanitation work is performed overnight from 8:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Requirements

Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to bend and twist regularly in some areas.
Ability to lift approximately 12–65 pounds, depending on the area.
Comfort working in hot or cold temperature variations and a loud production environment around food manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Inspect product and verify counts and labels during packing and packaging while keeping pace with the production line and maintaining quality standards.
Build pallets safely and accurately, monitor product codes, and keep workflow moving.
Operate or support equipment and production processes with focus, consistency, and attention to detail.
Support multiple production areas as assigned; follow safety and food safety expectations and complete required checks and paperwork.
Thoroughly clean and sanitize production equipment and facilities to meet food safety, GMP, and quality standards and support a safe, efficient production environment.
Learn additional workstations through cross-training to support staffing needs and production changes.
