About The Position

This warm and engaging team member will be an integral part of our manufacturing team. You might not be an expert in operating heavy machinery yet, but you are ready to learn the ins-and-outs of our operation! With a growing business, our manufacturing team members work in a team environment producing our flavorful products for customers worldwide! Activities such as bottling, capping, labeling, packing, and palletizing will be part of daily work. Requirements

• At least 2 years work experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Eligible to work in US without sponsorship
• Experience with food safety practices
• Experience working in a team environment
• Ability to work M-F 5:00AM - 1:30PM
• Ability to work overtime and on weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial machinery and equipment safely.
• Work as part of a team, being productive and considerate.
• Take ownership and accountability for work tasks and activities.
• Communicate pertinent information effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure issues are resolved timely.
• Produce product with averages of over 6000 cases per day.
• Perform quality line checks ensuring safe machinery and product for customers.
• Bottle, cap, label, pack, and palletize products.
