About The Position
As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will take ownership of the daily operations on the production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Your responsibilities will include assigning work to meet daily schedules, managing line setup, training team members, supporting lean initiatives, and conducting performance reviews. As a leader and owner, you’ll help build a positive, inclusive culture while driving the team to meet production goals and share in the company’s success.
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Strong desire to grow as a leader.
