About The Position
The Gund Company is seeking an experienced Team Lead to support production operations and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as a technical resource for operators, assists with training and development, ensures quality standards are met, and helps drive safety, efficiency, and productivity.
Requirements
- Manufacturing leadership or Team Lead experience
- Experience operating CNC and/or non-CNC manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate math skills
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Technical degree and/or 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- Experience with mills, saws, lathes, routers, presses, or similar equipment
Responsibilities
- Support production operations and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
