Requirements

Leadership experience.
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead with confidence and clarity.

Demonstrated ability to see the bigger picture and promote daily improvement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with NetSuite or similar ERP preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Reliable, hardworking, and positive team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
Physical ability to lift 50–100 pounds repeatedly.
Regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs in accordance with safety guidelines
Sit or stand for the majority of the shift
Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
Operate hand tools and material handling equipment safely
Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and support a team of manufacturing to perform their roles safely and effectively.
Set clear performance and safety expectations, holding team members accountable to high standards.
Recognize and reward top performers while promoting Clickstop’s Core Values and Traits.
Utilize the Clickstop Code to be an effective leader and develop high-performing teammates.
Oversee the daily production schedule to ensure orders are completed on time and with proper documentation.
Monitor inventory levels of materials, tools, and supplies; coordinate purchases and improvements with the Purchasing Team and Production Manager.
Implement process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
Support and maintain a high-quality work environment, ensuring work meets established standards.
Collaborate with Sales, Service and Operations team members to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Report team KPIs (e.g., brand promise, shipping errors) to the Production Manager on a weekly basis.
Maintain professional written and verbal communication with team members and cross-functional partners.
Champion safety initiatives and drive continuous improvements in warehouse ergonomics and safe work practices.
Assist in special projects to improve safety, organization, cleanliness, and inventory management.
Foster a clean, safe, and efficient workplace in accordance with company policies and procedures.
