About The Position

As our Manufacturing Systems Specialist, you will take full ownership of planning, deploying, and supporting cutting-edge manufacturing execution systems and industrial technology across our plant. You will act as a key technical orchestrator—ensuring software, hardware, and control networks align with global IT/PFS guidelines, cybersecurity protocols, and validation standards to boost productivity in a safe environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a highly related technical field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing, industrial automation, or IT operations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of MES systems (specifically AVEVA / System Platform) and PLC programming.
  • Strong command of industrial networking, communication protocols, and basic electrical systems.
  • Intermediate - Advanced English proficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven track record in end-to-end IT/OT project implementation within manufacturing environments.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts, budget planning, and resource management.
  • Experience in custom software development and systems integration for shop-floor applications.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor assigned manufacturing technology projects following global methodologies, managing detailed scopes, CEB/NVOS budgets, validation protocols, and timelines.
  • Administer and maintain MES infrastructure (e.g., OPERA/AVEVA platforms), managing factory networks, servers, connectivity, communication protocols, PLCs, IDFs, switches, and Thin Clients.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to end-users, execute annual hardware/software upgrades, and implement required cybersecurity measures in compliance with global GIT guidelines.
  • Oversee third-party contractors executing infrastructure, programming, or automation tasks to guarantee safety, project specs, and design compliance.
  • Partner with Automation, Supply Chain, EHS, Quality, and IT teams to provide technical guidance, maintain technical documentation/manuals, and ensure audit readiness.
