Requirements
- Knowledge of GMP systems and manufacturing processes.
- Experience or knowledge of cell therapy manufacturing and aseptic processing.
- Familiarity with LIMS, SAP, MODA-ES, and Traka.
- Ability to operate manual, semi-automated, and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of cryopreservation, filter integrity testing, and visual inspection.
- Knowledge of cleanroom practices and GMP requirements.
- Ability to manage and maintain manufacturing materials and inventory.
Responsibilities
- Support GMP production of cell therapies, including cryopreservation of FDP, filter integrity testing, and visual inspection.
- Coordinate autoclaving of supporting materials, components, and records for manufacturing processes.
- Operate manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment supporting clinical and commercial production.
- Operate equipment such as Controlled Rate Freezer, SARTO, Heat Sealer, and Autoclave.
- Maintain, stock, and set up cleanroom environments.
- Perform routine inventory of related materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
