About The Position

You will be the Manufacturing Support Team Member for the Manufacturing Support Team. Our team is responsible for developing, revising, and optimizing company policies, procedures, and manufacturing work controls to improve efficiency and cost‑effectiveness. As the Manufacturing Support Team Member you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the operational backbone of our manufacturing environment. You will partner with cross‑functional groups to ensure clear, effective documentation and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency reading, understanding, and writing work instructions for manufacturing processes.
  • Strong listening, reading and writing skills.
  • Basic proficiency with PC, keyboarding, and Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and revise company policies, procedures, and manufacturing work controls.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures, management systems, and reporting documentation.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify efficiency and cost‑effectiveness improvements.
  • Coordinate implementation of updated policies and ensure compliance across manufacturing operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on procedural matters.
