About The Position

As a Manufacturing Support team member, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations for C-130 Electrical Wire Harness Fabrication. You will interface with all levels of management and the represented workforce to resolve issues and remove roadblocks. This role requires the ability to gather relevant information systematically, consider a broad range of issues or factors, and grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems or issues. You will build and maintain a strong network or utilize knowledge or experiences to influence solutions that benefit the business. This position may require standing in for supervision from time to time. The position is located at a facility that requires special access and requires the candidate to be a U.S. Citizen.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
• Experience relating to aircraft electrical manufacturing, maintenance, assembly, &/or modifications.
• Experience planning, correcting, &/or leading projects of work.
• Production / shop floor Experience.
• Innovative and pro-active in the area of continuous improvement

• Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical details.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers and teams.
• 5 yrs experience relating to aircraft manufacturing, assembly or modifications.
• Working knowledge and access to computer systems such as SFM, Qual Sight, &/or DIMS
