About The Position
Staffworks is seeking dependable Manufacturing Support Operators to join a team that values hard work, consistency, and attention to detail. This is a temporary position with potential for regular full-time status based on performance and business needs.
Requirements
- Consistent work history
- Manufacturing experience (assembly, production, warehousing)
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift
- Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift and reach overhead for the duration of the shift
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Entry-level assembly — assemble, disassemble, and re-assemble parts
- Parts preparation — wash, prepare, load, hang, and remove parts and equipment
- Painter assistance — support painters with part and unit prep
- Surface finishing — sanding, masking, bonding of parts
- Vacuuming painted parts to ensure quality finishes
