About The Position

The position is responsible for leading operations team to ensure the efficient production and delivery of high-quality products that meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements. This position drives operational performance, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates across departments to achieve company objectives related to quality, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Industrial Engineering/technical discipline or related field of study, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of Manufacturing/Supply Chain experience is required.
  • Computer competency in MS Office; Outlook, Excel, Word and ability to enter and maintain information needed within the HRIS System is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including willingness to participate in cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the medical device manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Paylocity HRIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leads manufacturing, materials, service, shipping/receiving, and related operations personnel in achieving production objectives and departmental goals in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve quality, increase productivity, shorten lead times, and optimize operational performance.
  • Plans and manages material, staffing, and facility resources to support production requirements and business objectives.
  • Identifies, evaluates, and develops suppliers and supply chain partners while supporting supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing initiatives, and cost reduction efforts.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support operational success and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures manufacturing and materials operations comply with applicable quality system requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies and procedures.
  • Creates organizational strategies and sets key performance indicators (KPIs) for managing performance of each functional department, reviews status and adjusts as needed.
  • All other duties, as assigned.
