About The Position

Allegion is a global leader in safety and security, specializing in security around the doorway and beyond. Stanley Access Technologies, a part of Allegion, is an industry leader in the manufacturing, installation, and servicing of automatic doors. We are seeking a First Shift Production Supervisor to provide leadership and guidance to a team of 40-50 team members. This role involves personnel decisions, hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions. The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and lead a dynamic team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of Supervisory or Leadership experience required
• Proven track record of leading teams and people
• Analytical mindset
• Working knowledge of lean principles and methodologies

Nice To Haves

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in a manufacturing setting

Responsibilities

• Implements and administers organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations.
• Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions.
• Assigns staff to tasks based on availability or expertise.
• Monitors team or department efficiency and ensures that output meets expectations.
