Corning's Environmental Technologies segment manufactures ceramic substrates and filter products for emissions control in mobile and stationary applications around the world. This role is for a Manufacturing Supervisor, also referred to as a Rotation Leader. They partner daily with engineering, quality, and plant leadership to ensure one of the world's largest and most advanced ceramics manufacturing operations runs at peak performance. This role requires curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the drive to lead people through real-world problem-solving, with the company providing the necessary training and support. A Manufacturing Supervisor role is described as one of the most powerful early-career experiences Corning offers, providing a foundation that opens doors to various areas within the company such as Process & Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma Leadership, Operations & Plant Management, Technology Transfer & New Product Introduction, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain Leadership, and the Senior Leadership Pipeline. The role allows candidates to build process expertise and people leadership skills simultaneously, a combination that is rare and highly valued.
