The Manufacturing Supervisor will play a key role in leading daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and team development.

Requirements

3+ years of manufacturing experience as a senior Team Leader or supervisor.
Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and process improvement.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and leadership abilities to handle difficult situations and conflicts.
Proficiency with MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Foundry experience is highly desired but not required.
Exceptional change management skills to positively coach and motivate teams beyond the status quo.
Experience enforcing quality management systems compliant with ISO standards.
Ability to work flexible hours as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Actively engage in safety improvements by building a culture of safety, coaching and modeling safe behaviors, respecting the environment, and promoting 6S behaviors.
Perform accident and incident investigations to maintain a safe workplace.
Participate in Lean events focused on process management and safety.
Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to support Lean Manufacturing principles within the facility.
Lead the daily manufacturing operations in Melting and Finishing departments, coordinating manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital to minimize costs and meet production targets.
Develop, maintain, and assist with advanced ESCO quality systems, procedures, and practices.
Ensure adherence to product standards and quality management systems compliant with ISO and ESCO Business Systems.
Act as a coach and mentor by developing team members, leading problem-solving initiatives, and fostering a positive morale and culture within the team.
Conduct regular audits and weekly observations to ensure compliance with standards and continuous improvement.
