About The Position

The Manufacturing Supervisor (1st Shift) will be responsible for overseeing first-shift production, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. This role involves leading a 1st-shift work group, managing daily operations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments, prioritizes safety and quality, and drives continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Must obtain an interim clearance prior to starting and have the ability to obtain a secret clearance.
• Working Knowledge of MS Office Software and Systems.
• Proven ability to manage cost, quality, and schedule metrics.
• Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations.
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of a team and assignment of work tasks.
• Ensuring all teammates are trained, prepared, and equipped for their duties.
• Tracking and documenting attendance and performance metrics.
• Building effective relationships and fostering a safe, inclusive workplace.
• Collaborating with ESH to enforce safety and environmental policies.
