About The Position

As a Line Supervisor of union employees in a fast-paced, safety conscious work environment, the successful candidate will possess and utilize a high level of intrapersonal relations and technical skills to lead and motivate a diverse, experienced work team in the safe manufacture of quality chemical products in support of the energetics industry. The successful candidate will leverage their skill set to promote and ensure a strong safety-positive culture among their direct reports and their peers while meeting and exceeding production requirements.

Requirements

Two years of college or equivalent work experience in an industrial environment.
Ability to work comfortably in a team environment.
Willingness to step outside a comfort zone to learn and implement new concepts and ideas.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Working knowledge of the concepts of lean management.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
Familiarity with acids and energetics manufacturing.
