About The Position

The Manufacturing Supervisor provides leadership and direction to an assigned team, focusing on daily continuous improvement and team processes to deliver key performance indicators and support employee engagement and development. The role leads the team in achieving Safety, Quality, Cost, and Customer Delivery goals, using skills matrices and coaching to engage and develop team members.

The position is based in Springfield, Tennessee, and is for the 2nd shift.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience; experience in high-volume operations is ideal.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings, write detailed reports, and apply process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to speak Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop JDS and skills matrices, creating a positive work environment that fosters open communication and dialogue.
• Ensure effective performance evaluations, appropriate counseling measures, and accurate, timely timecard inputs.
• Support the Electrolux Management System and implement continuous improvement processes and cost savings.
• Lead line balancing, time studies, SMED, and problem solving, and ensure adherence to the labor map.
• Support autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.
• Lead and participate in root cause analysis.
