Requirements

0 to 1 years of general work experience
Must be 18 Years old
Candidates must successfully pass a technical skills assessment evaluating foundational maintenance knowledge, safety practices, manufacturing fundamentals, equipment awareness, preventive maintenance support, documentation, and basic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots, provides immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitates the changeover of production lines
Will operate production equipment to produce a quality product that meets performance standards
Must perform all work assignments safely and as directed by management
Will also operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner as well as perform line cleanup during production shifts
As part of the selection process, candidates must successfully pass a technical skills assessment evaluating foundational maintenance knowledge, safety practices, manufacturing fundamentals, equipment awareness, preventive maintenance support, documentation, and basic troubleshooting skills. Additional job-related technical knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and role-specific competencies may also be assessed based on operational needs, equipment, systems, and facility requirements.
Other duties as assigned
