We operate in a fully temperature-controlled facility, with daytime shifts Monday-Thursday (4-ten hour schedule) or Tuesday-Friday (4-ten hour schedule). Overtime may be required, depending on the needs of the company. We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Specialist I for Production. This is an entry-level role responsible for performing basic production tasks such as masking, final assembly, box build, hand coating/touching up, and hand potting. This position works under close supervision and compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements

  • We are an ITAR Controlled Facility; all applicants must be U.S. Citizens within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written instructions.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to interpret work instructions, documentation, and safety requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, ITAR).
  • Exposure to electronics assembly processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic mechanical or electronic assembly tasks following detailed instructions.
  • Support masking, hand coating, and touch-up activities under supervision.
  • Assist in box build and final assembly operations using standard tools.
  • Prepare materials and work areas to support production flow.
  • Inspect own work for obvious defects and report issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
  • Perform other duties or support other areas as needed based on business requirements or production flow.
