Our Euclid facility specializes in producing precision refractory metal products that require exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. We are seeking a Manufacturing Rolling Operator-1st Shift to join our production team at our Euclid, Ohio facility. This role is responsible for operating rolling mill equipment to produce high-quality refractory metal products that meet customer specifications. The Manufacturing Rolling Operator will perform rolling operations, inspect finished materials, maintain production records, and support quality and continuous improvement initiatives while working safely in a manufacturing environment. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of manufacturing experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic math skills and the ability to use precision measuring equipment
  • Experience operating forklifts, material handling equipment, or industrial machinery preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions and specifications
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Operate rolling mill equipment to process materials according to work orders and engineering specifications
  • Perform rolling, flattening, shearing, annealing, and other production processes as required
  • Develop rolling pass schedules and monitor product quality throughout production
  • Inspect materials using measuring equipment and visual quality standards
  • Record production data, material traceability, and process information in company systems
  • Perform equipment inspections, lubrication, and routine startup/shutdown procedures
  • Operate forklifts, lifts, and other material handling equipment safely
  • Support ISO quality standards, continuous improvement initiatives, and safe manufacturing practices
