We are seeking Manufacturing Quality Leaders for various Ohio facilities. Requirements
- 1+ years of management experience
- 5+ years of experience batch manufacturing quality
- Experience with data management, Excel, Six Sigma/Lean, and customer specifications
Responsibilities
- Establish QC processes and requirements and ensure consistent application
- Improve standard processes and workflows, set priorities, and support quality metrics and root cause analysis investigations
- Review and evaluate testing to assess training consistency
- Participate on the QC Safety Team
- Lead testing for all new customers/products including spec testing and qualification on new products/tech
- Lead Scale up testing for new products
- Hiring/training of new technicians
