About The Position

Manufacturing Quality Engineer responsible for facilitating root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions related to fabrication and assembly quality events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (prefer Electrical, Chemical or Physics)
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of semiconductor industry experience
• Leaderships skills to manage and facilitate cross functional international 8D and MRB teams
• Having strong fab and assembly process knowledge
• Problem solving skills
• Leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Technical knowledge of fab and assembly processes
• Able to work with teams across international sites

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 8D process for fab and quality events
• Manage Material review board (MRB) process for non-conforming material
• knowledge of change control process
• Familiar with IATF and VDA audits
