About The Position
The ideal candidate will be responsible for new product introduction, quality engineering, and continuous improvement while partnering with engineering, production, and sales to deliver innovative customer solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in a machining/manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CNC machining, machine shop operations, manufacturing processes, or related production environments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Experience with quality management systems.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions (CAPA).
- Continuous Improvement experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with GD&T, dimensional inspection, and precision measurement preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead new product introductions from quotation through production.
- Support machining process development, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Strengthen root cause analysis and corrective action effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, or cost.
- Partner with engineering, production, and sales to support successful product launches.
