About The Position

We are seeking a Manufacturing QA Technician II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance in our food production processes, adhering to food safety and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and flexibility to adapt to changing needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of QA experience.
• Strong mindfulness and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and duties as they relate to food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Able to multi-task in fast paced environment with limited supervision.
• Proficient in window-based PC programs.
• Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferable.
• Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar role in food production is preferred.
• Candidates with microbology or chemical laboratory experience are acceptable.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulations preferred.
• Lab Test Equipment/Maintenance preferred.
• Some knowledge of HACCP/Food Safety preferred.
