About The Position

Composite Energy Technologies (CET) of Bristol, RI is looking to hire a highly organized full-time Manufacturing Program Manager. This program management position earns a competitive wage. The Manufacturing Program Manager Works as the liaison between functional groups such as, Operations, CNC, Design, and Engineering to support client's requirements for implementing solutions to complex problems. This position oversees specific projects, coordinating with essential personnel to ensure that projects adhere to the quality policy and customer requirements and timeline/schedule. Using good judgment, you select methods and techniques that create solutions that relate to project management and take any concerns into account. You are constantly in communication with the production team as well as leadership to ensure that any changes are made aware of promptly and that restrictions are reviewed. Requirements

Minimum of 2-5 years in related field or role
Excellent communications skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong team building and personnel skills
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be a citizen of the United States

Nice To Haves

Prior experience running multidisciplinary teams for DoD programs
Knowledge of prepreg composite manufacturing
Knowledge of manufacturing machines and tools
Experience with systems design and systems integration
