About The Position

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Recruiter to support a key client's business needs in a manufacturing environment. The role involves connecting with candidates, understanding their skills, and matching them to meaningful work. The Recruiter will utilize strong communication, organizational, and technology skills to manage all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients. This is a virtual, W2 ongoing contract position focused on recruiting salaried professionals.

Requirements

5+ years of recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for professional salaried positions in a manufacturing environment (production supervisors, HR, process engineers)
Must reside in the Central or Eastern time zone.
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Drive all aspects of talent management within a Talent Solutions' client.
Execute full cycle recruitment processes while providing an exceptional experience and service to candidates and clients.
Leverage knowledge of role design and required competencies, skills, and knowledge to effectively market, screen, and present candidates.
Improve sourcing strategies and build a diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.
Exceed client expectations and expand influence within the client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities.
Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates to advocate for their career opportunities.
Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with information and tools for successful employment.
Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.
Act as an expert in the world of work, staying updated on in-demand skills and advising candidates and clients.
Understand and educate clients on local market dynamics, labor, and workforce management.
