Working closely with cross‑functional partners, you will optimize resources, remove constraints, and drive meaningful improvements across processes, equipment, and workflows. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or manufacturing leadership
  • Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality systems
  • Experience leading teams and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision‑making
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily production activities to meet volume, quality, and delivery targets
  • Develop and execute production schedules aligned with demand plans
  • Optimize use of materials, equipment, and workforce resources
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions
  • Promote continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal specifications
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental standards on the shop floor
