All-Clad is hiring full-time union laborers for manufacturing production work across several plant departments and cells, creating and assembling cookware from start to finish. Duties vary by assignment and may include conditioning and assembling metal sheets, operating presses and other machinery, inspecting and finishing cookware, riveting handles, packaging products, and stacking boxes. Some roles involve operating machinery; on-the-job training is provided for proper and accurate machine setup and adjustments. This is a physically rigorous position involving frequent lifting and manual handling, ergonomic movements, and standing for up to 10 hours per day. The current hiring need is for a rotating swing shift: one week on daylight shift followed by one week on afternoon shift. The normal schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Mandatory overtime may be scheduled as five 10-hour days Monday through Friday or six 8-hour days Monday through Saturday, and employees must be available to work any Saturday. Overtime scheduling is decided by management, with schedules posted each Thursday for the following production week. Pay is $21.00 per hour. Afternoon shifts receive a $0.30-per-hour differential. The posting also mentions a $0.50-per-hour differential for midnight shift, though the stated hiring need is swing shift.
