Requirements
- Ability to work with furnaces in the summertime
- Ability to constantly perform physical labor, such as heavy lifting
- Mindful of safety
- Have good attendance and work all scheduled shifts
- Able to communicate effectively
- Can work well in a team-based environment
- Manage your time effectively and prioritize your tasks accordingly
- Be a self-starter
- Can follow instructions well
Responsibilities
- Manufacture castings by running a machine
- Checking castings for quality purposes
- Carrying castings to designated spots
