In this hands-on role, you will operate production equipment, perform quality checks, complete required documentation, and help keep products moving safely and efficiently from start to finish. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic computer and math skills required.
Ability to wear a respirator when required.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience preferred; three to twelve months of related experience is helpful.
Experience using micrometers, verniers, calipers, scales, or similar inspection tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently according to training, work instructions, quality standards, and standard shop practices.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to verify products meet specifications.
Use testing equipment to complete required quality checks, including bubble point, leak, flow, and differential pressure testing.
Set up and use inspection tools and test equipment accurately at the workstation.
Complete required production documentation and system transactions accurately and on time.
Identify and communicate quality concerns, process issues, or barriers that may impact safety, quality, delivery, or production goals.
Support smooth product flow through the Value Stream and assist with handoffs between process steps.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and quality-focused work area.
