About The Position

As a Process Technicians you are responsible for operating and maintaining plastic injection & blow molding machines, ensuring our products meet all quality standards and customer expectations. Shift: Nigh Shift: 6:45pm - 7:00am EST 3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hour Starting rate is based on experience & qualifications.

Requirements

• Mechanical inclination – you like to fix things, use tools, work with your hands.
• At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of injection or blow molding machines and equipment is a plus!
• Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electromechanical systems is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Operating Sidel blow-molding manufacturing equipment along with Husky and Milacron injection machines.
• Monitoring and adjusting production machine settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure) to keep production running smoothly.
• Troubleshooting machines and doing basic maintenance.
• Checking product quality to assure it meets customer specifications (e.g., bottle weights, dimensions).
• Teaming up with your co-workers to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Learning new skills with hands-on training and career development opportunities.
