This position oversees the day to day operations of a food production plant and the activities of the production staff and schedules production, controls inventories, and assists in training and motivating team members. Ensures the proper flow of product to the customer. Onsite Monday-Friday with typically 8am-5pm shifts. Flexibility required for on call and weekend scheduling as needed. Limited travel.
