About The Position

The Manufacturing Production Leader at Innotec supports daily operations in a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a production supervisory or leadership role
Experience working in a manufacturing or automated production environment required
Experience with production scheduling, KPI tracking, and process optimization
Strong analytical and applied problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and influence teams through direct engagement and collaboration
Ability to troubleshoot complex production and automation issues effectively
Hands-on approach with a willingness to work directly on the production floor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Ownership mindset with accountability for results
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing production environment
Strong understanding of labor optimization and inventory management
Ability to understand and work with complex automation technologies
Drive to continuously improve processes, systems, and team performance

Nice To Haves

Exposure to Lean manufacturing principles preferred
Familiarity with inventory management and labor cost analysis preferred

Responsibilities

Ensure achievement of monthly manufacturing KPIs and performance targets
Maintain structured production meeting rhythms to drive accountability and consistency
Troubleshoot and resolve real-time production, tooling, and process issues on the floor
Lead daily operations within a production cell, ensuring safe and efficient execution
Work directly with operators to support production, remove obstacles, and improve performance
Optimize labor utilization, cost efficiency, and workflow processes
Manage inventory levels to support operational efficiency and minimize shortages or excess
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and own production-related projects
Share best practices across manufacturing lines (cells) to improve overall performance
Monitor and improve production metrics, including quality, efficiency, and throughput
Support implementation of lean manufacturing principles and process improvements
