About The Position

Manufacturing Production Associates independently operate and maintain at least one process, piece of equipment, or system according to autonomous maintenance (AM) standards. They use their technical skills to improve line and system performance and meet business needs. With coaching, they operate and maintain equipment to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets. They perform standard work using AM and progressive maintenance (PM) standards, follow safety processes, carry out quality assurance activities, and understand and report losses in their area and equipment.

Requirements

• Experience operating machines with coaching.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards for operating machines.
• Ability to read and write and to communicate fluently in the language appropriate to the site.
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse work environment.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain at least one process, piece of equipment, or system using autonomous maintenance standards.
• Use technical skills to improve line and system performance.
• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.
• Execute standard work processes using autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance standards.
• Observe safety processes and perform quality assurance activities.
• Understand and report losses in the assigned area and equipment.
