About The Position

This role involves assembling film capacitors from specifications and work orders. The associate will work efficiently, following process steps to maintain workflow on the production floor, pull and prepare parts for jobs, and fill in for absent team members when required. Overtime may be necessary to meet production goals, and maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices.
• Able to convert decimals to fractions.
• Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.
• Strong attendance record.
• Full body mobility and good eyesight.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Constant alertness and attention to detail.
• Tolerance for exposure to some odors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand full shift.

• Previous production experience is a plus.
