About The Position

Diamond Foundry Inc. is seeking an ambitious and experienced manufacturing process technician to join their team. This role involves working directly with proprietary plasma reactor technology to produce high-quality diamonds and assist the engineering team with technical and non-technical needs. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a proven ability to work with less support.

Requirements

Associate degree in a technical field, military-technical training with 4+ years of experience, or 5+ years of work experience in a related technical field. Fresh out-of-college graduates with STEM degrees are encouraged to apply.
Ability to perform critical tasks with a high level of accuracy per procedures.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and documentation experience are highly desired.
Effective at communicating data through text, graphics, and images to audiences of all experience levels.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree
Being knowledgeable about SPC and yield quality metrics.

Responsibilities

Maintain Process Sheets and document changes as needed.
Monitor processes on a daily basis. Adjust where appropriate and notify Process Engineers on critical issues.
Work with team members and independently with a high degree of initiative to support and maintain good manufacturing processes and continuous improvements.
Assist with process validations, DOE execution, optimizations, and process-sustaining audits.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety procedures.
