About The Position
DSN is seeking a Manufacturing Process Specialist for an onsite position located in Hodges, SC. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic manufacturing environment and contribute to process improvement, quality, and material flow initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Comparable backgrounds such as Quality Inspector or Quality Supervisor experience will be considered.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the key communication link between the Hodges, CCR, and TK facilities.
- Manage and organize the flow of material, ensuring the team is focused on top priorities at all times.
- Align logistics priorities to ensure critical material is shipped on schedule.
- Drive process optimization of the blasting operation to reduce internal and external scrap.
- Conduct process and quality audits.
- Support Quality Inspectors at the final inspection station, reviewing castings at MRB and clarifying questions.
- Communicate with Quality Engineers regarding special requirements.
- Escalate issues to leadership as needed when problems occur.
