About The Position
The Manufacturing / Process Engineer will lead implementation and optimization of advanced manufacturing systems for high-performance metal components. This role ensures repeatable, scalable production capability and supports process design for new applications.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Hands-on experience with laser or energy-based systems, precision manufacturing, or automation
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- U.S. citizen and U.S. clearance eligible
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and optimize advanced manufacturing workflows
- Support system commissioning, process tuning, and part validation
- Collaborate with materials, design, and robotics teams to achieve production readiness
- Apply data-driven process control to ensure stability, yield, and performance
