About The Position
onsemi is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to work as a CFA Process Engineer. This Manufacturing CFA Shift Process Engineer role in Nampa involves working on a shift team to support the manufacture of Image Sensor product lines. The primary responsibility is to sustain Color Filter Array (CFA) manufacturing processes, including photolithography, wet processes, dry etch, metrology, and real-time defect analysis (RDA), and to drive engineering issues to resolution. This position operates on a rotating shift schedule, with all employees rotating to night shifts and night shifts to days every 3 to 4 months. The compressed shift schedule is E shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday, rotating to day shift A shift Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday, from 6 am to 6 pm.

- Hands-on Process Engineer experience
- Experience in CFA manufacturing processes
- Experience with photolithography
