We’re a leading manufacturer of high-performance microwave cable assemblies, and we’re looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team in Woodridge, IL. Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineering degree from 4-year program (required)
  • 0-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking (required)
  • Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)
  • Must have excellent computer skills (Excel, Word), MRP system experience (required)
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills(required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with creating 3D Models of components and assemblies in Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods.
  • Implement process improvements that will enhance quality and reduce costs to produce products.
  • Support production team and provide technical knowledge for the successful manufacture of products in compliance with Engineering drawings and quality standards.
  • Produce complete design packages including 3D files or 2D drawings. Includes developing/reviewing/revising technical documents related to tooling, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
  • Execute experiments and utilize data to drive decisions.
  • Perform other job‑related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to support business needs.
