Nice To Haves
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- General understanding of GD&T
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems
- Familiarity with CNC programming
- ISO or AS9100 quality systems
- Experience with AS9102 inspection reports
- Aerospace industry familiarity
- Leadership or supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Review customer orders and job requirements
- Coordinate with Production, Estimating, and CAD teams
- Schedule and distribute jobs daily
- Work hands-on with operators during first-run jobs
- Resolve quality and process issues quickly and effectively
- Drive continuous improvement and cost savings
- Lead automation, tooling, and supplier collaboration projects
- Evaluate actual vs. estimated production performance
- Maintain and update production methods and job instructions
