About The Position

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer with expertise in CNC and Machining to join our team. This role involves developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting production activities, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, process development, and continuous improvement, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
  • CNC machining and manufacturing process development.
  • CNC programming and tooling knowledge.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
  • Process optimization and continuous improvement experience.
  • Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and production support.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize CNC manufacturing processes.
  • Support machining operations and production activities.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Optimize cycle times, tooling, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering projects.
