Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, current college enrollment, or junior/senior high school status.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a teamwork environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment.
• Ability to properly assess and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment, including housekeeping and compliance with safety rules.
• Perform jobs in assembly, material handling, or wood finishing.
• Help in other areas as required.
• Learn new skills, support other team members, and make improvements to help the team achieve its goals.
• Understand information on pick-lists and cabinet labels.
• Be willing to cross-train and accept additional tasks when needed to meet customer demands.
• Perform other duties as requested.
