Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Willingness to learn new skills and work in a manufacturing environment
Mechanical aptitude or interest in working with equipment and tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and safety requirements
Flexibility to learn multiple workstations and manufacturing processes
Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to work safely and follow instructions

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production machinery
Produce, inspect, trim, assemble, and finish molded plastic products
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete production tasks
Follow work instructions, product specifications, and quality standards
Perform quality inspections and identify defects or non-conforming products
Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
Work safely while maintaining productivity and efficiency
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Collaborate with teammates to meet production schedules and customer expectations
