The Manufacturing Systems Analyst serves as the primary bridge between complex PLM technology and the functional manufacturing teams. This role is dedicated to maximizing the value of the Teamcenter environment by providing high-tier end-user support, designing comprehensive training programs, and ensuring the seamless flow of data across the "Digital Thread." The ideal candidate is a methodical diagnostician who can translate technical system architecture into intuitive, process-driven guidance for a global workforce.

Requirements

  • BSc, Engineering OR a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer Engineering).
  • Experience with Siemens Teamcenter.
  • 5+ years experience working in engineering business systems space.
  • 5+ years experience in end user support.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferrable experience with manufacturing business processes (Bill of Process, Bill of Material, Change Management).
  • Strong communication skillset.
  • Familiarity with CAD environments (Preferrable NX).
  • Strong program management.
  • Strong time management.
  • Methodical problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for end-user inquiries, providing timely technical interventions.
  • Execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on support metrics to identify systemic knowledge gaps and implement proactive solutions that reduce recurring service requests.
  • Author comprehensive instructional content and digital media to facilitate self-service learning and standardize PLM best practices across the enterprise.
  • Lead engaging, process-centric training programs for global users, ensuring alignment between software functionality and manufacturing business requirements.
  • Collaborate with global teams to identify best practices.
  • Provide system onboarding support for internal and external users.
