Dynamic Dies in Holland, OH is looking to hire a full-time Manufacturing / Plate Maker. This position is for mid shift and earns a competitive wage of $18/hour. They provide a positive work environment and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Plate Maker, you play a key role in creating the primary product that is sold to our customers. You are the first step in our process and the first to ensure it's in perfect condition and lives up to the customer's expectations. Using your keen eye for detail, you manufacture printing plates using state of the art equipment. You will prep the plates to be made into a finished printing plate including cutting and adhering appropriate backing to the plates. The company offers training for this role.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to apply basic math skills
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours a day

Responsibilities

Manufacture printing plates using state of the art equipment.
Prep the plates to be made into a finished printing plate including cutting and adhering appropriate backing to the plates.
